Lovely lady, my usually nervous dog was completely content and happy with her! He came out looking amazing smelt fresh, very soft, no knots left in the fur and shaping was perfect! He came out very happy.

Took my girlfriends dog here for a groom ( cut and nails ) and he came out looking outstanding, lovely and soft very neat, and he came out tail wagging.

Cheryl and Jasmine are absolutely fantastic! They groomed my British Blue, Riley, and I couldn’t be happier with their care and professionalism. They handled him so gently and patiently. Today, our 2 kittens (and us!) experienced their first ever grooming session. Wilsher’s is located in a quiet area of Basildon so we were able to park very close by. We were booked in by a friendly woman who immediately engaged with the kittens and made us feel welcome too! When we collected the kittens we were told about their experience and how they reacted and we booked for their next visit as we were completely comfortable with the care that they had received. The kittens look fabulous!

Took our 2 senior dogs to have their nails clipped, they were fantastic and really helpful. Our 17 year old dog doesn't like anyone pulling her about but they were so good and helped her be at ease , talked to her , supported her weight, asked us lots of questions. Brilliant service and prices are unbeatable. I'd give them 100 stars.
