I am soo happy we have found Nicky. She has been amazing with my 86 year old mum and her dog Milo, my mum has dementia and Nicky has put both her and Milo at ease. He is very difficult and was had not been groomed for a long time. It took her 2 cuts to get him sorted and she picked up that he had an infection. Nicky communicates everything to me as well as mum and has been exceptionally caring and efficient. She is a gem.

Today Barnie, my cocker spaniel, went for his first groom with Nicky. She has a very professional setup and Barnie and I were put at ease the minute we walked through the door. I felt very comfortable leaving Barnie and I would recommend Nicky to any dog owner. I was also very pleased with the end result, he definitely looks like a smart boy.

Nicky and the service she provides is second to none. Teddy loves going and always appears to walk prouder when he comes out.

We took our little Pipps into be groomed for first time earlier this week, after being let down by our groomer (again!) and having been recommended here by a friend and we are so happy we did. The welcome both us and Pippa got was so warm and friendly, we instantly felt at ease leaving our little princess there. Pippa is a rough haired Jack and due to an injury hadn't been groomed in a while and as you can see from the pic she looks absolutely amazing after her groom.

Andrea is simply amazing at her craft. My dog is so comfortable with her even though she is a nervous girl which says all you need to know. Andrea is thoughtful, charming and naturally gifted at what she does. I would not take my girl anywhere else and any future dog that I should have.
