Louisa and her team are lovely and listen to all your dogs needs. This was my spaniels first visit and one of them is usually very anxious when being groomed but we had no problems at all. They looked fabulous after their visit.
Extremely warm, friendly and professional. I had a nightmare trying to clip my dogs nails, but Louisa and Hannah made her feel so comfortable that she had no issues whatsoever. It was also my puppy’s first time and he had no problems either. These lovely ladies are very thorough and considerate within their approach from the initial consultation to the end when your babies will be looking beautiful.
Louisa squeezed me in last minute which was so kind. Absolutely brilliant service, my dog looked like a different dog when she came out, groomed to perfection.
