We had the pleasure of working with Louise from Hornea Mortgage Brokers Ltd. as our mortgage broker during the purchase of our first home, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient. As first-time buyers, we had countless questions, and Louise was there to guide us every step of the way, always providing clear and detailed explanations. What really stood out was how proactive she was in providing information we didn’t even know we needed to ask for, which was invaluable. There was never any pressure to make a decision that didn’t feel right for us. In fact she emphasised greatly the need to be comfortable with each decision and every person involved in the process, from choosing our solicitors to choosing our movers. Louise consistently kept in contact, responding quickly to any queries we had.
