Fabulous groomers been using them for over 11 years. I can fault them in any way or think of how they could improve. Our dogs love the experience, the clips are very neat and Nat and Kara are devoted to dogs. First class , highly recommended.

Fantastic service and value ! Our dog Winston hates us washing him. They were able to do a full groom and even brush his teeth. I am delighted. He came out gleaming . Thankyou very much.

We took our two chihuahuas in 2days before Christmas they were really great about our late booking and helped squeeze them in! I'm so happy with the groom my chi's look so tidy and smart I'm very pleased and they even came away looking festive with some silver ribbon on their collars! . Really good value for money it was a lot cheaper than other places we've had our chi's groomed and will definitely be a repeat customer!

First time at Katori as our groomer has moved here! We had our 3 dogs done today one westie and 2 King Charles! The cuts are beautiful as always! We trust Fran the groomer 100% and the dedication, passion and love of all the staff for animals was plain to see! The initial discount was great and the loyalty scheme babe is an added bonus!! Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

This place never fails to amaze me.. They listen to and follow the exact hair cut we would like for lola, you can really see their love for dogs and I always know lola is in safe hands. Kind, professional and a very talented grooming salon.

My dog Munch loves coming to this Groomers. They do such a fantastic job and Munch is always happy and relaxed going in and when i collect him. The fact that the team love dogs and love what they do really shines through. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was Luna’s first time and was was really anxious. Luna is a lovely Frenchie but she’s also disabled and her back legs can’t support her. The ladies at coopers were really kind and reassuring and I was highly impressed. We’re certainly going back.
