I’ve had a great experience working for Reed mainly as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools over the last few months! Initially, Josh Green was very helpful with the signing up process and the screening to work for this agency. The communication is superb. Katrina Heron has been amazing in finding work for me, and although I haven’t had a term contract working in a school so far, I have almost always had 4 or 5 days of work a week. Everyone at the Plymouth office (Brett and Elly) are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, Katrina is always available and responds to any queries, is empathetic and really listens and tries to utilise my skills in the best way possible. I really feel appreciated and valued as an individual and I look forward to continue working with Reed in the future. It is also a fantastic opportunity to work in different schools and find a good match. I highly recommend Reed!
