Mel is an absolute miracle worker! Our cat is long haired and we underestimated how much work it would be to keep him in good stead with his grooming as it's too much for him to keep up with himself. It amazes me how he just lets Mel get on with it and groom him, she is a cat whisperer! I wouldn't send him anywhere else now :) Thanks Mel, keep up the amazing work in helping everyone's furbabies.

I had an appointment with my cat Zara as she had some really bad knots. What, can i say, the amazing Mel put my cat at ease and dealt with her knots, with no problems hand grooming. I would definitely recommend this love lad.

Our first visit to the cat groomers and I had photos and videos to reassure me that my boy was happy and relaxed. Thank you so much for your patience with Bear and me.

We took our English Springer Spaniel, Mayzie, to For The Love of Dogs in Poole, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mayzie is naturally very shy around strangers and other dogs, and she can sometimes be a bit reactive when being combed. The girls at the salon were so patient and gentle with her, treating her with genuine care and understanding. The end result was amazing — Mayzie came out looking gorgeously well-trimmed, clean, and so much more comfortable. It’s clear they really know how to handle dogs with different personalities, and we felt completely at ease leaving her in their hands. We’d definitely recommend them and will be using their services again!

An absolute joy to take my 10mth old fox red labrador to this parlour. Very professional and very caring. Kobi had a lovely bath and nails done. And he loved the treats so much, his bum wouldn't stop wiggling. Would100% recommend this groomers and will definitely use again.

We were welcomed with smiles by the two lady groomers when we took Millie and Blaine for their pamper grooming appointment. They came out happy and relaxed smelling and looking absolutely gorgeous.

I took Stan, our extremely long haired domestic cat, to Matt yesterday, for a bath and haircut as he’s really been struggling during this current heatwave. The priority was Stan’s comfort rather than aesthetics… and this is exactly what was achieved. Matt was absolutely lovely with him and clearly has a real heart for the animals he cares for. Despite being very grumpy with me afterwards, Stanley wasn’t in the least bit traumatised by his experience and I really want to flag up just how highly I recommend Matt and his work here. Very reasonable prices too.

Lovely family run business with patience and calm towards my dogs. Taking time to get to know them before grooming. They also sell raw treats, collars, harnesses and calming products. Amazing.

Amazing job on my extremely temperamental cat. In the past she has had to be sedated by the vet to be groomed but they managed to tame the beast :) Lovely lion cut and nails clipped. Would highly recommend.
