A first class professional service. One of my GSD girls had the full treatment there last week and despite not being overly fond of being groomed, she was very pleased with herself when I picked her up and had obviously enjoyed the experience. Will definitely be a regular client from now on.

FANTASTIC service as always. Great knowledge and care of your dog as nothing is to much trouble. The groomer's are caring and understanding of each dogs needs they are always on hand when you need advise on your dog's well-being I have taken my dogs over the years and I have had the best service ever. Thank you JACKIE for covering all my dogs needs.. great service and care good prices for grooming. My little one cannot wait for her haircut and kisses.. highly recommended to anyone looking for groomer's that do great work.

Jo has groomed my rockey for 6 years + which after being turned down by a few groomer i never thought he would be where he is now, but thanks to jo he loves getting groomed now. Jackie is a lovely lady too. parking space and i alway recommended these lovely lady when asked my i get him groomed.

Jo is always so good with my little dog Dennis. He loves her and comes out looking and smelling gorgeous.

This was our first time visiting Kim with our two Scottish Terriers. Magnus our 5 month old puppy had a full puppy pamper,and Fergus his older brother had a full groom Kim very graciously allowed us to stay and watch her work and also to make sure that we were happy with her interpretation of breed standard(traditional 'Scottie') We were both delighted with how our boys looked and have already booked a return visit. Highly recommended. Thank you Kim for a great experience

Woody had his first groom with Kim today. We are both very pleased! Kim was very welcoming and got straight to it (also happy for you to stay and watch it preferred). She knew exactly what she was doing and spoke through the process. She could easily read when my dog was uncomfortable or nervous, especially around the ears (doesn’t like his ears being touched). You can clearly tell she is very experienced! I was very happy with the finished results and we will definitely be returning as our go to groomers now. Thanks Kim, Woody is fresh for his birthday and holiday next week.

We had such a lovely experience meeting Kim at The Only Way is Grooming! From the moment we arrived, Kim and her very smartly trimmed rescue dog Gary gave us the warmest welcome. Kim showed us around her beautiful grooming studio, where we watched her work with three different dogs — grooming, brushing their teeth, and even giving them facials! She made a real fuss of them all, speaking in a calm, reassuring voice the whole time. You could see how safe and happy the dogs felt in her care. It’s clear Kim has a real gift with animals — and she’s also just a really lovely person. Gary was adorable too! Highly recommend.
