Took my dog this afternoon, absolutely superb service, great customer experience and my dog is looking great. Karen took her time, to gain the trust, as my beautiful boy didn't like the others that we had before. Caring, dog groomer. Throughly reccomend and can't wait for the next time! Definitely!! Thank you so much.

Paddy has always been to Dip, Snip and Clip. We were apprehensive when Trisha sold up and wasn’t sure if the new owner would want to take him on. But we need not have worried as Karen has been first class in all aspects of Paddy’s groom. Highly recommended from us. (I’m sure Paddy feels the same.

I took my two cats for the first time, such lovely people, very welcoming and my cats were very happy being left here. A great job on both cats and they smelt lovely when I collected them. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I took my cockapoo, Ollie here for the first time yesterday and I am so happy with his groom. Very professional, very friendly, my dog has never looked better and he was so happy when he came out. Also very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be bringing him back here for his next groom.

Actually cannot recommend them enough! They have made my CoCo look like a different dog honestly so impressed with the work they put in to him will definitely be going back and will be recommending to my friends.

I cannot thank you enough for the superb cut you did on my 5 month old yorkshire terrier. He looks and smells delicious. Thank you for your patience as I know how nervous he can be.

Took our Bichon (Pippa) for the first time to Petrina. First time owners of a Bichon and Petrina spent extra time with us showing us how to maintain her coat and brush it easiest for me and my dog. When we saw Pippa we were amazed at how great she looked and we’ve already pre-booked for our next appointment. Pippa was happy, did not appear distressed whatsoever and was excited to receive a treat from Petrina. Thank you for making her look beautiful. We look forward to out next appointment! What amazing job Petrina did with Lokie, savings his very matted coat from being clipped, highly recommended she is very professional and knowledgeable and happy to spend the time explain how I can maintain Lokie fur untill his next groom. I already have my other dog booked in and lokie 2nd appointment all booked. As you can see lokie is very happy.

Petrina does a fab job on my cockapoo Ted, he is quite an anxious boy, but Petrina looks after him fine. He comes out looking and smelling gorgeous. Strongly recommend cheers.
