I am absolutely thrilled with the job, the Surrey Dog Groomer did on my Labrador, Lennox came in looking a bit scruffy and shedding like crazy, and left looking like a show dog. ​The groomer Chloe was fantastic with Lennox. I could tell she has a gentle and patient approach, which made the whole experience stress-free for my dog. She took the time to listen to my requests and paid attention to every detail, from the paw pads to the ears. ​Lennox came out smelling incredible, with a coat that was unbelievably soft and shiny. The shedding has been significantly reduced, which is a huge bonus! It's clear she uses high-quality products and has a true passion for what she does. All three of my dogs had their first spa appointment with Chloe about a week ago.They were all looked after very well especially as one is aged and one is nervous.They enjoyed the experience with Chloe and weren't stressed. They looked so lovely after their groom.Chloe washed and groomed and did their nails and used the clippers on one and scissorson the other two. Absolutely fantastic service and we are now going every 3 months.. A real gem of a groomer..

Chloe is absolutely fantastic! Our 9-month-old Cocker Spaniel is usually very wary of groomers, but Chloe took the time and care needed to make her feel completely at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares about every dog she works with. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this grooming service. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, and they even took the initiative to help coordinate both the timing and location to accommodate my request. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The environment was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained, which made me feel confident leaving my dog in their care. Most importantly, my dog was completely relaxed during and after the appointment. It was obvious that they were treated gently and with great care. We took our puppy for her first grooming visit. The staff were AMAZING! Made her feel comfortable immediately and were straight down to the floor playing with her. We had Scarlett and she was lovely! Our puppy (Margo) adored her and left smelling amazing and looking all tidy. She took the time to make Margo feel relaxed, playing with her and using different sounds to distract her when doing the dreaded nail clipping. We will definitely be returning! 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

I took shy Indy in for her first ever groom, and doggy styling staff looked after her so well. Her haircut is exactly what I envisioned and she smells amazing! Hopefully will book her for another appointment in a couple of months.
