Absolutely exemplary service from Ash and the team for a COVID test to allow me to travel for work. Communication was prompt and friendly, and arranging the appointment for a convenient time was easy. The pharmacy was easy to find with plenty of parking. Once inside I was seen straight away and guided through the process. I had my results 4 hours earlier than promised. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very helpfull and friendly staff always happy to help. They also order my meds for me every week and very rarely late. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very happy with their service.

An excellent service from this chemist. I've been using this pharmacy for over 6 years and they have always been efficient and very helpful. Recommend them.

Went to see them as had ear ache, the pharmacist booked me in for an appointment same day and checked out my ears. Very detailed check with a chaperone staff member to ensure safety and very thorough explanation and notes sent to my GP surgery, prescribed me medication for my ear ache and the whole experience took 20 minutes. Whoever invented pharmacist being able to consult and prescribe for common ailments is a genius! Honestly though the pharmacy is fantastic my regular medication gets sent to here and they always deliver to my door on time every month, I really do think they offer such a lovely professional service and always have the time of day for you to answer any questions. Top service, I highly recommend.

In a world where every medical appointment seems rushed and squeezed in, Richard takes time to chat and provides a professional service with a smile. I felt listened to and my issues were met with concern. We discussed the best course of action and medicine was prescribed quickly and efficiently.
