Went in for a routine eye test and had a great experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. I was seen by Breisha, who made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away . The optician was fantastic, catering for my needs . After the tests, Breisha was on hand to help me choose some frames, giving me advice on what frame suited me better. A fantasic experience from start to finish. I would definately recommend vision express to my family and friends.

I phoned vision Express to enquire about my contact lenses. Catherine was extremely helpful and sorted out how many pairs of lenses I would need for my upcoming trip to Oz! She was ordering from the supplier & sending additional pairs out to me from in store, I received those today. Great service in all.Thank you

I was looked after by all3 staff in on the day i visited. They were lovely and pleasent and wxplained everything brilliantly . Could have asked for a nicer appointment as the staff were fabulous. Thank you .

Have been to specsavers flint a couple of times now, I can only say is that the services has been above and beyond. Emma the optician has been amazing and Josh so helpfully. I had a few problems with my test, the speed thay sorted everything was outstanding thank you.

From my first visit to book an appointment to choosing new frames the staff in the Flint store were nothing but friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing and eye test and /or new glasses.

After two years I had my second visit for an eye test at specsavers Fflint and the service was again excellent. Great courteous,friendly, knowledgeable staff.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

From the moment I stepped thru the door 2wks ago to make an eye appointment I was so welcomed , the eye test itself was very thorough and not rushed as to where I'd been previously, all the staff very friendly can't fault, had to choose new glasses and didn't think I could get the style I wanted as previous optician had said couldn't have the style , was over the moon when here was told I can have the style,went back today to pick up the new glasses very happy with them , would highly recommend here

Excellent service. I initially went as an ‘emergency’ and I got prompt and thorough examination and referral to hospital. They picked up on another problem as well and are looking after me very well. All staff are friendly, polite and efficient.

Five stars all around. Thorough eye test, very detailed, any problems explained. Friendly and polite staff. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.
