I saw Talita regularly for 6 months. She was always very caring and professional. At the initial consultation she spent time getting an holistic understanding of the problems I was having. She gave me exercises to do between appointments and sent videos to ensure I did them correctly. She never missed anything and reminded me if I had fallen back into bad habits. I always came out feeling and moving much better than when I went in. Needless to say I've improved significantly, but couldn't have done it without her. I will definitely contact Talita again when I have another flare up.

I highly recommend Talita to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist. Talita has helped me on several occasions and has always been able to offer both immediate relief and a longer term plan to tackle the root cause of the issue. Friendly, professional and she gets results. Five stars every time!

Amazing! Talita made each session personal to my needs as a person not just a patient and explored in great depth what other aspects of my life was having an effect me physically. I also had a learn to lift weights safely session in a gym to reduce risk of injury in training.

I was referred to impact by my doctor due to severe arthritis in my hips ,had a very long wait for an appointment and to be honest I was not expecting physio to help much .I saw a lovely physio called Steven who immediately puts you at ease and after a few weeks I saw much improvement .At the end of my course of physio the pain had eased a lot and was much less painful on walking .I definitely would recommend impact physio and particularly Steven who I would like to thank for all his help .

I've been impressed with every aspect of this service. When I've needed to change an appointment the people I've spoken to have been helpful and understanding. The physio, Jack Clayton, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my feedback and worked with me to find a programme I could follow. I wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you!
