I can’t thank Tom Lamb enough for getting me back to exercising and ultimately running! I saw Tom in November after going over on my ankle 2 weeks earlier, still with swelling and pain. I’d been xrayed at the hospital, nothing was broken and I was advised to elevate and rest. Tom called it straight away and said he thought I had ligament damage and I’d need an MRI and advised me to go straight into a boot to protect my ankle as it was unstable. He was right as I’d completely ruptured my ATFL and CFL, I also partially injured the superficial deltoid extending down to the talonvicular ligament and torn my cartilage. Surgery was needed and lots of physio with Tom followed. Fast forward 6 months, I am now back fully at the gym, feeling confident and I ran in my last physio session which was a fantastic feeling! From the very first meeting, Tom reassured me he would get me back to full fitness and this would be a blip… I cant tell you how much better this made me feel in those early days after my injury. Tom, thank you SO much, your calm manner, knowledgeable and professional approach are a credit to The Physio Lounge and I can’t recommend highly enough!

Thank you for helping me get back on track with my back/hip injury, not only psychically but the mental side of it too, felt right at home after the first session and after 8-10 sessions with my physio I'm back in local gym getting stronger, highly recommend!

Stephen Jordan's strength lies in his dedicated approach to rehabilitation. He showed a genuine commitment to my recovery, which was a key factor in my successful outcome. PHYSIO FIRST CLINIC REVIEWS

I have used Physio First for many years and for many different problems that I have had. I have had a number of sports-related injuries together with other knocks and wear and tear problems that Hetty and Michelle have always managed to sort out for me. I have always felt comfortable and well-looked after and the treatment I have had has been first-class. One of the nicest things about visiting Physio First is that they always explain up front what treatment is going to be and give some idea of the length of treatment and this is revised as treatment continues. It is a bonus being able to visit for treatment at times to suit my schedule. While the initial reason for visiting is usually painful, Hetty and her staff make it as pain-free as possible during treatment and I have no hesitation in recommending friends and family to use their services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Having suffered back problems due to sport I have used Physio First for many years. I have always been impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff. I am sure that without their help and expertise my sporting life would have been cut short long ago. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hetty for the acupuncture treatment she provided me with. It healed my sciatic pain and I was really pleased with the treatment she provided. I will share my experience on my facebook page as I would highly recommend you. My daughters will miss Bella too.

Wonderful experience with Nick. He was able to explain the vestibular and pain migraine process in a way that my daughter was able to understand. It’s not very often you feel heard and validated when dealing with chronic conditions so we cannot thank Nick enough for this. Clearly extremely knowledgeable and a specialist for vestibular conditions we would absolutely recommend Nick and are encouraged that my daughter will see positive impact on her vestibular rehab journey!
