Having had a long-term problem with knee, pelvis, back (almost everywhere) and having seen many different healthcare specialities, I contacted Julie with a view to doing clinical pilates. Julie thoroughly examined me and my movement, or should I say non movement/pain patterns. Julie is very professional and has a very friendly approach. I have received a combination of physio and very detailed excercises. Everything has been explained in detail and I am improving week by week. I have started to get my life back and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
