“Magna Science Adventure Centre is a science and technology museum located in a former steel mill. The museum features interactive exhibits and an outdoor play area, making it a popular attraction for children. CLIFTON PARK MUSEUM REVIEWS

My family love visiting the museum and the park enclosed in the grounds, there's loads of interesting local history in the museum alongside giant oil painting of previous owners of the once upon a time estate, the park has lots of variety Including a sand pit with interactive play, a massive climbing g frame with huge slide, a zip wire, a smaller kiddy park for the under 8's and in the school holidays the rides are open, plus there's crazy golf, you can easily spend a full day in the park and museum, you can either bring a picnic or enjoy a snack in the museums cafe.

Great Park and not busy during weekday. Playing equipment and huge sand area a bonus. The mini rides for kids within Clifton Park are also great with friendly staff (you purchase a top up card which is scanned for each ride so no messing with change). Food place provides bog standard yummies and ice cream van there too who could ask for more We'll worth a good day out.

Well worth a visit. The Miners strike exhibition was really interesting as I was a teenager at the time. I lived near the museum as a child and have always loved it. Will be back again.

MAGNA SCIENCE ADVENTURE CENTRE REVIEWS

Magna is set in an old steel factory, this is a fun science based activity centre where the entire family can get involved having a bit of fun whilst learning a little about the history of the place and diving into the fun of science to set those sparks of curiosity burning. With your entrance fee, you can go to the desk at the end and have your pass turned into an annual pass at no extra cost. Which is handy if you live kind of local as they have a great park and water park outside the front of the building that you could use with this pass also. Myself and the kids enjoyed going here and would definitely recommend it.

Visited with our 19 month old and she loved it. When we walked into the main walkway which is dark with lots of lights highlighting the steelworks she gasped and said "wow mummy"! Lots of buttons to press and handles to turn kept her entertained and she loved the scarf pipes in the air zone and water activities in the water zone. Tickets last for whole year so great value for money. Outside is a massive playground with a good range of equipment for all ages and big sand pit. Good day out for all.

Great day out for grandkids. Spent 6 hours in total splitting the four zones earth, air, fire and water with an hour in the excellent adventure playground. We now have an annual pass. Ask when you check in.

An amazing collection of vehicles in fantastic condition. I could spend all day here and never get bored. The staff are very friendly, helpful and passionate about the museum. The cafe is well stocked and very reasonably priced.

A surprise visit organised by my son who was making his first visit also. We were restricted by our time so only manged to quick tour of the exhibits but both of us plan to return soon to spend more time looking around. I joined as a member!!! thoroughly enjoyed the bus ride.

Whatever your interest, there is something for you. Local history, bicycles, prams, motor bikes, milk floats, tram, train, carriages, trucks, buses, coaches, memorabilia. Well worth a visit, enjoy the exhibits and relax in the cafe.
