Baddesley Clinton is a remarkable survivor of a medieval moated manor house and was home to the Ferrers family for 500 years. The gatehouse entrance makes Baddesley one of the most visually pleasing architectural ensembles in England, with its combination of bridge, moat and crenellated gatehouse and with its stonework and windows of several different periods. There is a delightful garden with stew ponds and a romantic lake and nature walk. Wheelchair & baby-changing facilities are available. Dogs on leads are welcome.
