Installation of new combi boiler. From initial contact with Dafydd and James in the office on Fri 8th March regarding our broken down boiler which needed renewing, Ryan arrived in 30mins to carry out a survey. A date of installation was agreed on tue 12th March. We were extremely impressed with the level of service and workmanship provided by Ben, Osian and Ryan. Thank you all at Gas Gold!

Sunday morning drama with water coming through the kitchen ceiling was quickly resolved by Kyle. He was extremely professional and quickly resolved the bathroom issue with in minutes !!!! I can not recommend this company highly enough! Thank you Kyle and Gas gold for a fantastic service

April 8th this year I had plumbing hot a family business Chris Shannon and Steve Amazing I had 4 other quotes but none were as professional as Chris ! They put a full central heating in my old valley house and it was a hard job ! But they done it in 4 days with such care to my house! Covered all carpets and laminate flooring and asked me if this is where I would like my pipes radiator etc They cleaned up after every part of the job and we're always pleasant polite and professional I can't thank them enough for an awesome job I definitely made the right choice! And the after sales care is also faultless always there to help with questions or concerns I would highly recommend and use plumbing hot for any other job I need doing Thank you so much Sian Williams

I've had many jobs done with these guys, they saved me when somebody else let me down and moved all my rads upstairs, replaced rads downstairs, installed outside tap and now I get my boiler serviced with them. They're always very helpful. I can't recommend them enough. They're amazing.

I've had four boilers fitted by plumbing hot over the last 6 years on various projects. top quality work great prices and they always turn up when they say they will, nothing too much trouble. If you need a new boiler this is the place to go.

So far Nick has replaced a toilet, replaced a bath, fixed a burst pipe - all on separate occasions and I’ve had the same, professional experience every time. I would definitely (and have already) recommended Nick.

Nick has helped with various areas of plumbing throughout our house. New radiator, moved several radiators, en suite bathroom install (shower, toilet and sink) to name a few. He is very professional, tidy and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommended.
