Jim and Zoe are a first class team. They fixed a broken pipe under the house with skill and to a very high standard. Jim is reliable, prompt, excellent in communicating, friendly and highly professional. I was told the issue might take a few days to fix, Jim and Zoe fixed it within a few hours. Absolutely brilliant!

Great communication. Always timely and quick to help. we have three great shower/bathrooms. Any tweaks were sorted quickly. Really great at problem solving. Jim’s knowledge and skills at problem solving were second to none.

Chose them from webb site something I had not done before.was pleasantly surprised on the immediate response to my enquiry and was able to get an agreeable quote and date for work. A few minor hiccups with supply to start with was quickly sorted and the job of fitting two new toilets completed. The things that stood out for me the communication was excellent any minor concerns quickly sorted was great to see Jim and Zoe working together to make sure that I was happy with job,I am and have now asked them to fit a new shower - Keith.

Jim has been excellent. As well as doing a great job of fitting a new bathroom, en suite shower room and water tank, he sourced excellent people to do other jobs in our flat. He has been really helpful throughout, has stuck to the price he quoted (apart from where we have specified extras), and has generally been really good to work with.
