Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a gas safety check on our new property, followed by a new boiler, pipes etc. which they fitted us in for very quickly as we had no heating and young children. The team who came out were friendly, efficient and considerate at all times. They were here for 2 days: they put protective sheeting on the floors and ensured they tidied at the end of the day (including brushing the floor where needed). They left tools here overnight, but before leaving they had ensured everything was tidy and safe which was very appreciated as we have young children. They really went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them enough. Diolch yn fawr iawn pawb!

Superb company. Had an issue with my shower, which did need to be replaced. Though id have to wait a few days but they came out that afternoon and sorted within few hours. They were very reliable and super quick to replace which made things so much easy for me. I would highly recommend

The waste pipe on our toilet came off on both sides last week. My husband reattached it, but to be safe, i contacted Ben at Complete Plumbing Solutions UK Ltd as i saw the 5* reviews. I was not disappointed. Ben came the same day (same day!!!) and made it safe. He came back the next day to secure the pipe to try and avoid it happening again. An absolutely amazing service, completely professional and very reliable. Don't bother contacting any other company, you have already found the one you need here! Thank you Ben.

My electric shower failed the day before I had a group of friends coming to stay for the weekend. It was proving extremely difficult to contact a plumber, either no answer or returned calls, or not able to come out for a number of weeks. Ben answered immediately, and after explaining the situation, he came out that evening to establish if he could fix the shower. Once it was established that it couldn’t be repaired, he came around first thing the next morning to fit a new unit.

Ben was able to come at short notice to connect a gas hob and provide a gas safety certificate. While there he also installed and connected up a sink unit all with good will. A very friendly and efficient guy. Would definitely recommend him.

Outstanding service. At short notice, highly efficient and professional, with no mess.

We called Keith when our combi boiler started acting up. He made a special effort to get to us within half a day, arrived at 15:30 on a Friday afternoon and was there fixing the boiler until 18:30. The cost was reasonable and we're warm and toasty in this cold snap. Many thanks to Keith and we will be his customer from now on. We recommend him highly.
