Andy promptly came and repaired a leak in our boiler pipework. He was punctual, really friendly and extremely knowledgable, and we were really happy he was able to sort the issue so quickly - by replacing a section of corroded copper pipe that was in a tricky location within the ceiling cavity. Andy has also been so helpful when we recently had an issue with our toilet flush - he took my call, provided helpful guidance over the phone, offered to come and fix it the next day, but also sent me links to the parts if I wanted to have a go at the repair myself - explaining exactly what I'd need to do. Very highly recommended business - Andy's now our go-to plumber.

Andy came round to have a look at an issue we were having with water pressure to our bath tap. Came round and nothing was a problem - really took his time to diagnose the issue, explaining everything along the way - fixed the issue and gave some great advice on something else we are thinking about.

Andy has been an incredible help to me over the past few years; truly a lifesaver. He’s one of the rare tradesmen I trust without hesitation. Andy is skilled and reliable, but he’s also a genuinely lovely and honest person who will always go out of his way to help if he can.

Fabulous work from Michael as always. Michael has serviced our boiler for years now but we recently moved into a new house and wanted a smaller boiler. What we thought would have been an easy job turned out to be a challenging and full day task unfortunately for Michael but the standard of service was brilliant and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend.

Just had our boiler (and a kitchen tap) replaced by Michael. Great advice throughout, very prompt communication, tuned up on time, first class job done, cleaned up and took away old boiler and parts afterwards and proper written quote, invoice and paperwork. Sorted all of the purchasing and guarantee out for us. Highly recommend.

Michael was very friendly and helpful. He explained technicalities to me very clearly. He serviced my boiler, capped off my gas fire and did a landlords certificate all for a very reasonable price. I have full trust in his honesty and effectiveness. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

John was brilliant. First class service from start to finish. Turned up on time and communicated daily until the job was done. John Installed a new shower for us and managed to match the tiles up with perfection. The shower is fab. Definitely found a new plumber.

Annual Bali Boiler Service. Intermittent Heating system not working. When visiting our home I have found this company to be professional, honest and competent. I would recommend them and rate them very highly.

Thank you John for sourcing and installing the new boiler so quickly, and for not leaving a mess. The new boiler is much quieter and modern than the old one.
