Mam receives an excellent level of care. She is well known to all the staff here at Crossgates. She is doing well and is enjoying being able to spend time with the other residents in the communal area. Mam enjoys her own company in her own flat. As a family, we feel happy that mam is safe in this environment. Mam likes to go for a walk inside and outside the flats. We know that the staff look out for her and make sure she is safe. I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at Crossgates. You are all doing a wonderful job.

I'd really like to thank all the staff who looked after and cared for my son at Everyday Homecare. He is severely autistic and has very challeging behaviours but they were very professional and understanding in the way they dealt with him. He's 24 now and 6ft 1in with no speech but they made him feel comfortable and safe. Everyone who cared for him were highly trained in how to cope with vunerable adults with Special Needs. Highly Recommended.

After having a couple of bad experiences with other companies, I found Walfinch, Jade came out and introduced herself and was helpful and very happy to fit in with all of my Dad's needs. The girls who visit my Dad twice a day are wonderful he looks forward to their visits, they are happy to help him with anything he needs, Idris is very helpful and very considerate if I am ever stuck and need a bit more help with my Dad, infact the whole team at Walfinch are fantastic, I can't praise them enough, and if my Dad's happy I am happy.
