Al fixed leaky valves in several radiators, and clearly explained the heating system, pressures, and basically answered any question (and I had a lot of questions!). He arrived on time and great communication via text and email. After refilling the system, advised on checking pressures and topping up as needed, including a remote session. He returned to check out a different minor leaky valve (not part of the original issue, but next weakest link I guess). All sorted promptly with a quick visit. Will definitely be using Al for any future plumbing work and boiler maintenance. top notch!

Alan came today to do the annual service on our boiler - arrived promptly on time. Another excellent service, all done smoothly, professionally and politely. He is an excellent heating engineer, clearly knowledgeable and works so competently. We would'nt have anyone else! Thank you Alan very much indeed!

Alan came to service my very old boiler. He was punctual, very pleasant and friendly. He also gave me some really good advice on a new system for the future. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Following the failure of our boiler Alan called in on his way home. Following replacement of the electrode and a few other tests, he was able to diagnose a PCB failure. Alan suggested that as the PCB costs about £300 that we should use Vaillant’s fixed price repair service as it will be cheaper than the price of the component and his labour costs and they will likely have the part in stock. This worked out well and Alan did not charge for his work. Alan is a great engineer that I highly recommend. - Charles H Reply

From meeting Mark to completion of the work my wife and I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. The completed work of replacing old heating fittings and replacing with modern is perfect We are pleased to say we have our #1 plumber and can recommend him wholeheartedly.

Mark installed a new Worcester 8000 gas boiler for us, and we were very pleased with his work from start to finish. He explained clearly what he was doing, as it was a total change of heating system. We would highly recommend Mark, and will certainly use his services in the future.

Mark installed a new boiler for us. He gave us clear information and advice on the choices available to us. Installation was carried out on time and to budget, and the site left very tidy.
