Keith was super helpful today, hot shower wasn't working. Although not inhis catchment area, Keith walked me through how to do the job and called up to check I hadn't sunk my new flat. Job done and money saved thanks to you can't recommend him enough.

Called Keith about a problem with a tap, wouldn't stop running and handle broke. Keith talked me through how to stop the water over the phone, the part that needed replacing and what to flag with my Landlord. All no charge. 100% recommend

Tried to repair a toilet myself on a Saturday morning and got stuck! Phoned Keith and he was round half an hour later and got the job sorted despite not having much time. Very happy with the service and the results. Will definitely call again.

Dave fitted a nest for me to an existing system. What a fantastic job, very knowlegable and experienced. I am over the moon with the service and what a lovely guy. He cleaned up after and during the job so you would never know it was done other than my lovely warm house. He even sat down with me afterwards to ensure I was happy with the app to control it and set up my heating for me on a scedule, which was above and beyond. Thanks so much Dave! I can not recommend Gregson and Son enough. Lovely man, great job and honest pricing. 5 stars from me, thanks!

I cannot praise Dave highly enough. Even though he couldn’t get to us, he talked me through my boiler fault and through a combination of tips and pictures how to solve my frozen outlet pipe. Thoroughly professional and going beyond for no reason. A rare example of a true professional.

David has done heating installation, servicing, and repairs at my home for several years. He has always been prompt, honest, and dependable, and has solved whatever problem he has been presented with.

We needed some new radiators fitted, with some corrective pipework on a challenging system. Andy undertook the work and identified a new problem with a feeder tank which involved some additional work. Very pleased with the work carried out at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout, very tidy . I can thoroughly recommend Andy.

I would highly recommend Andy. He did a fantastic job when putting in a new boiler, radiator and shower. His work is impeccable. Andy ordered the boiler,shower and any other parts needed.All was finished in a matter of days with no stress. An extremely professional service.

What a lovely guy Andy is. He has done a shower conversion for my elderly mother who was struggling to get in her existing shower. Excellent job. Mum is so happy. Highly recommend Andy
