Craige serviced our central heating boiler again today. I always use this company for my heating and plumbing needs. I have used Craige at my previous property and I have always been satisfied with the way he just gets on with the job and is easy to deal with and explains everything fully. He took the time to explain how to set the controls to save as much money as possible on our heating bills. Craige is extremely knowledgeable about boilers and the way they function, he is more than happy to answer questions, he is polite and friendly and respectful of property. It is a pleasure to do business with him I fully recommend this company.

First class service as usual from Craig. He sent a reminder that my annual service was due. Made arrangements to suit me. Prompt and very friendly and always professional. Always up to date with new devices and advice on ways to save money. 100% recommend Craig

Wanted a complete bathroom change and combi boiler installed, I went straight to Gibsons.Got a price that I was happy with. The work turned out to be a nightmare due to my old house with problems on day one!! But Paul,lewis,Mark and Ben where marvellous and nothing phased them, including an unrelated outside gas leak! They are lovely caring and helpful and never complained about all the extra work involved which wasn't always easy. Turned up with a smile everyday. The ethos of this company is wonderful. My bathroom is now in the 21st century and the best room in the house. I love it. Customer service is great too. Thank you everyone.

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. He work really hard to do the job & left everything clean & tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, to family or friends, thanks Mike & his team.

Fantastic, prompt service. Arrived when he said he would and worked to address the original issues (leaking boiler) and also identified and resolved a secondary issue. Wouldn't fail to recommend M Rutter to all people in the Newtown area.

Mike was very professional from start to finish. He explained everything to me before he arrived with regards to my boiler installation which wasn't straightforward as I needed a boiler & boilermate taking out and replacing with a combi boiler. Even after a shaky start when the boiler wouldn't fit in the space I needed it Mike sorted it easily and without any hassle. The team were on time, professional, have done a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Now looking forward to having cheaper gas bills and a big cupboard after having a 14 year old boiler replaced. Thanks Mike, Chris & Jay.
