I booked in with Richard after suffering, many years, with blisters on each foot. Please note though that I do quite a bit of running. The blisters occurred in the same places. I've spent quite a bit of money on lotions, potions, socks, plasters & changing my running shoes, all being unsuccessful. So I tried Richard. It's been the best thing I have done. Despite being a mystery to him he has helped me irradicate the issues, in just 3 sessions. I highly recommend going to see him. He has helped me so much. I know if I have any other feet issues in the future I'll be going to see him straight away instead of wasting money on gimmicks.

Richard is fantastic! So informative and helpful. I had a nasty ankle sprain and after being told at urgent care there was no break I was left to go home and take paracetamol. Richard has used laser treatment and the results are amazing! It literally feels like he has a magic wand. I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym and other activities after just 2 treatments!

We met Richard this morning for the first time and have made further appointments. Delighted with what he has done, very pleasant, very helpful. Without exaggerating I can now walk with comfort. Thank you Richard.

I had been having really bad problems and pain with a shoulder and how tense the muscles were. I booked a deep tissue massage with Amanda and it was amazing. Amanda was lovely, very attentive, listened to me and understood. I felt very relaxed afterwards and my shoulder feels so much better and I can feel the difference. Will definitely return. Thank you.

This practice is fantastic. Dean was able to diagnose and treat my condition quickly and easily when several others, including the NHS could not. After a year of being unable to run within a week I was back to full fitness and a month or so later achieving new personal best running times. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

The staff are friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone suffering from sciatica. I couldn't take two steps without pain, but thanks to Robbie's guidance and therapy, I'm able to resume my life. I will return in the future if I have any issues.
