From the minute you come through the doors, you enter a very tranquil waiting area with fab lighting and relaxing sounds. I received a deep tissue massage. The consultation was thorough, Natalie was so friendly and welcoming and the massage itself was amazing. Although it was only an hour long, it felt like it lasted for 2 hours. I am currently going through the treatments on offer to choose which one I want next! Reception staff are very friendly and the experience overall was a very good one! I have no constructive criticism because I cannot think of any improvements that need to be made!

5 Stars! Attended The Westoe Practice to have my injury seen to. Fantastic! Took the time to explain everything as I was a little nervous, really friendly puts you at ease straight away. I’ve been back for a 2nd appointment and working on sorting out my hamstring problem, I experienced the best back massage I’ve ever had!!! Thanks

Would def recommend this place. After suffering for a few weeks with an injury to a tendon where I could not run I booked a biomechanics assessment with Dean. Very knowledgeable and treatment is first class. Looking forward to the road to recovery and getting my insoles.

I had swedish massage today and it was very good. I have back pain and it was relieved after the massage. Rose was very considerate and kept asking me if I'm doing good throughout the massage. The sound of nature playing while you have the massage also makes the experience a lot more relaxing. You can book an appointment online via their website or call for an appointment. If you book through the website it would ask for £30 deposit so you would only have to pay the balance depending on the therapy that you would choose. The place is also very accessible as it is just in front of a main road. I will definitely come back!

Finally found the best massage provider at my door step. I had the Thai herbal full body massage today and the quality of service was excellent. I left feeling so light, refreshed and all my aches , pains and stress gone. Booked my next session right away. Best massage so far and I’ve been to many and this is the real deal.

Had a Thai couples massage a few weeks ago. First time we have used them but definitely will not be the last! Really relaxing and really feel so much better after! Will be back soon, the ladies are so lovely and really look after you.

Big thanks to Joy for the treatment over the last month! I’ve struggled with pain in my shoulders as a competitive swimmer for years. After two treatment sessions with Joy I was able to travel to Nationals and achieve 3 out of 4 personal bests and two national medals. Will definitely be going back!

Absolutely amazing deep tissue massage I’ve just had. This was my first time at this massage spot, but it definitely won’t be my last! Had a 60 minute massage, very good price. I sometimes suffer from back pain but that all seemed to go now.

Absolutely brilliant,definitely recommend this place, I had problems with sciatica and other general aches and stiffness, this place has well and truly help put them rite , defo will be returning regular.
