My son, in year 6, started Maths sessions with Jenny and the Penarth First Class Learning team at the beginning of the academic year. At that time he had been consistently struggling with Maths in school, not performing to the best of his ability and had lost confidence. Over the last few months we have seen his confidence with Maths grow markedly, his results have vastly improved and most importantly, he feels much happier! Jenny has been exceptionally supportive and we really appreciate that she goes above and beyond to help. Our daughter always found English difficult and a bit of a challenge and lacked confidence in her abilities within the subject, (she was also recently diagnosed with dyslexia). We knew she would benefit from additional tutoring and so now feel happy in knowing that we made the right decision by her attending Penarth Kip. We are so thankful to Eleri who gave our daughter so much more confidence and self belief in her abilities in this subject, one that she now finds quite enjoyable and which has helped her so much in other areas of her life.
