Gibbs Gillespie were outstanding at marketing and completing the sale of my late Mum’s house. Leah, at the Ealing Broadway office, is clearly a very skilled and experienced manager and has a reassuringly detailed and extensive knowledge of the local housing market. A buyer for the house was found very quickly, and when, a few weeks later, the process started moving a little too slowly, we were very impressed by Leah’s responsiveness to our concerns. Her swift and decisive action meant, within hours, she was able to get the process moving again. However, aside from her obvious efficiency, she is also very approachable and empathetic and was greatly understanding of the fact that we were selling a much loved family home. In all, Leah and the team were competent, efficient, great at explaining the procedure with clarity and reassuring when it mattered. They were also nearly always available when I tried to make contact. It has been a pleasure to work with them and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

David & Loubna were so helpful in our very particular search and immediately understood what we were after and showed us all brilliant properties that ticked our boxes. After buying a new build property off plan they ensured that all our requests with the developer were handled and actioned and acted as a buffer between the two parties to ensure everything went smoothly.
