Shak and Haleema have been outstanding from start to finish, We enquired about a flat one evening to which I had a call first thing in the morning from Haleema who was very professional and friendly on the phone, she managed to arrange a viewing with 2 days and I fell in love with the property! Haleema then managed to get me and my partner a chance to meet the landlord at the property within a week, To which I met Shak who again was very professional and friendly. After speaking with the landlord, Shak then spoke to me after explaining the referencing process and told me he would have it all emailed over to me by the end of the day and he stuck to his word. We sent off for referencing which all got approved. We then had a call to arrange a signing all paperwork and collect the keys. Shak then gave me and my partner a beautiful hamper for our new home. All this in 2 weeks! Honestly the best estate agent and best experience I've had dealing with this. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area. Thank you both for everything!

We were apprehensive when we set out to let our planned retirement property initially, (currently living in a tied house) but were so very thankful that Cooke and co was recommended to us, as we could not possibly have left it in better hands for which we are so grateful to Gail and the whole team. We were kept informed at every step of the way, new tenants were always found straightaway and any problems were sorted without any need for us to worry. We were kept fully informed of anything that required attention, with associated quotes for any work that needed doing. We were sorry, when our planned move did not work out as we had expected and we had to put the property on the market, but again Gail and her team dealt with the sale, helped our tenants find an alternative property and handled every aspect without us having to worry at all. It has been so helpful for Cooke's to be able to deal with both the tenant and the sale for us, especially when we do not live anywhere near the property. A big thank you is due from us to everyone at Cooke and Co who have looked after our interests so well for us over the last 5 years.
We had our house to let with Cooke and Co for the last 6 years. They were very professional and communicated well with us, especially as we live overseas. They sorted out all the business issues with us quickly and successfully including licences, inspections, repairs and end of year tax statements. We had four sets of tenants and Gail and her team managed to let out our house almost immediately so there was only a lack of rent for a couple of months. Our last tenants loved our house so much so that, when we decided to sell to buy a house where we live, they made a successful offer.
