Due to an issue with the Land Registry information the sale took a very long time - for us from March to December. The prospective purchaser was, obviously, becoming nervous that the sale would not go ahead. Goodman & Lilley staff maintained a close oversight of the developments as we sorted out the Land Registry issue. They kept the purchaser fully in the picture and content that the matter would be resolved. The transaction completed on 15th December. A wonderful attention to the needs and requirements of both vendor and purchaser. We would highly recommend them to both sides of the transaction.

We had a very positive experience buying through Goodman and Lilly, it took some time to find a place Mandy was particularly helpful and guided us through some of the potential pitfalls, we eventually found the right property and again Mandy was most helpful. Many thanks Frank and Lisa.
