Very responsive customer service from the Charlton Hayes, North Bristol management team. They were very supportive of my circumstances and even waived off the late payment penalty. They have just taken over from the previous management company First Port who were absolutely hopeless to say the least. A marked improvement from their predecessor and I hope to see a much better management of the estate under their leadership.

Zoe Overton When I phoned about a late payment charge Zoe was very helpful. I had not received this invoice though had received the half yearly invoice and paid on time. Zoe checked the records to make sure I wasn't a defaulter and removed the charge.

Contacted Gateway due to an issue with a bill. Beth dealt with my issue promptly and was very helpful. It was nice to receive fantastic customer service. Thank you!

If you're looking to rent a property you must read this. I went to Reed as a first time renter not knowing where to start and was welcomed by Zoe who was very kind to carefully go through what type of property I needed and gave some options for me and my family to look at. Zoe then guided us through the various steps and answered all our silly questions without a fuss. We moved into our new home last month seamlessly and as planned, and couldn't be happier! I dealt with Tyrone and his sales team selling my property, they were always helpful and attentive, and supportive, giving an honest and realistic view of rapidly changing market. And actually proven correct in their assessment of that market. As I've now sold, are also helping me with investing and my next purchases also.
