I have been using Concentric since 1997 to source and reference tenants for my rental properties and have always received nothing but top quality service and advice. Their regular landlord meetings are invaluable and keep me up to date with the seemingly never ending regulations. Used them this year to sell two of my rental properties. One was sold in 3 weeks and the other was sold yesterday by Jordan and it had only been on the market for 48 hours !! What can I say incredible. Highly recommended sales and letting agent.

Recently we reentered the residential property market and handed over two blocks of apartments to Concentric. We have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service and support provided to date, all the team at Concentric are not only very professional but definitely on the ball. Great marketing, service, management, handling of both landlord and tenants. We look forward to a beneficial relationship and recommend Concentric to anybody looking for a better letting agent.

Having just rented a home with Concentric I liaised mostly with Marie and Lucy. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to me and supported the whole process with the utmost professionalism, they both went above and beyond for us. Whenever I've called the local office and spoken with other staff (Preet) they have also been incredibly polite and helpful and the systems and processes they have in place are clear and thorough. Having dealt with less than helpful letting agents I would definitely recommend concentric.

We have rented from several estate agents over the last few years and this one by far was the best. After several difficult experiences with renting through estate agents, this one was easy and positive from start to finish. No difficult viewings, no application delays, no property fixes that were left for months (or as we have experienced never done at all) and no faffing around with the deposit return at the end of tenancy. From start to finish a brilliant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Leighton Paul as a letting agent to anyone; what a wonderful team. Thank you for everything and all of your help getting us into the property so quickly and out so fluidly when we were waiting for contract dates, if only all letting agents were like this one!!! 5 stars, fantastic.

Outstanding fast service and professionalism. Within 1 hour of calling them for an Over Crowding Certificate I was holding it in my hand. Great value for money. Martin went up and above the call of duty to help me attain this certificate immediately as it was a time sensitive request. Great value for money and interpersonal skills. After calling most of the estate agents in Wolverhampton they were the only ones who knew about and provided this unique service. Huge shout out to them for this and well done. I'd give them ten stars if possible.
