I cannot recommend Andrea Bell and O'Hare Solicitors highly enough. My husband and I used Andrea for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. Although our intended house purchase fell through, and we had to start again looking for a new home, Andrea pulled it all together for us and kept us focused through all the turmoil. Andrea is also the reason that today, coming out of lockdown we are in our new home 3 months. She worked tirelessly to get contracts signed, funds confirmed and keys exchanged while every company was shutting down and the country was going into lockdown. A true professional.
