Easthams ensured smooth transactions for both house sale and purchase for us recently. We are out of town and so service was mainly via email and telephone. ID documents were checked by post although we did have the option to have them verified locally by a professional person. We were kept up to date throughout each transaction and were pleased with the efficiency of the close-knit team. Jenny and Adele were brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else in need of efficient and fairly priced conveyancing services.

We used Easthams when buying our first house and they were brilliant. Really helpful, quick and professional service. Our case was complicated by the house having to go through probate and Amanda and Debbie helped put our minds at ease and were in regular contact with the vendor’s solicitors so we were able to complete ASAP. We would definitely use Easthams again!

I will definitely contact them if I need them again. They were very very helpful, quick to provide me physio therapy, organised, on top of things and always kept me informed of the next steps, even in the end when I was finally entitled to a injury compensation. Cannot fault them at all and I would really recommend them.
