As a first time buyer, it was very daunting, I was expecting absolute chaos on my end and to go through buckets of stress and panic. I spoke with Jawad who made it very clear what we needed to do, there was no pressure, and I wasn't pushed or thrown into anything I was unsure about, it all flowed so smoothly from there. Him and his team were very thorough, which is worthy of 5 starts in itself with how conveyancing can go amongst other firms (I've heard many horror stories), Jawad and his associates made sure everything was done appropriately, they were always polite and accommodating (I prefer emails to phone calls). Overall, the whole experience was completely stress free, and I today I had the keys to my new property placed in my hand, with a huge thanks for Jawad and HS Legal.
