Shoosmiths have just finished the conveyancing on the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. From the very beginning they provided us with clear information on every step of the process and what was required from us at each stage. Additionally, they were almost always available when we called with a query or to check progress - if they weren't immediately available a call back was always within the hour. We feel very strongly that they provided us with an excellent service and despite complications arising from the people purchasing our old house they managed every obstacle professionally and in a timely manner. Finally we were always made to feel they genuinely cared about looking after us and ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. Everyone at Tollers has always been extremely helpful, from dealing with probate after my husband’s death, dealing with powers of attorney and visiting me at home when necessary, The purchase of my new apartment and at long last the completion of the sale of my house.
