He specialises in business and property law and employment work, including representing employees and employers at Employment Tribunals, including some of the area's largest employers, from 1995 to date. Neil also advised on residential leasehold disputes. Neil is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a Director at AECC Enterprises Limited. He is also a Trustee at Age Concern Christchurch and SafeWise in Bournemouth.
