THE HUNTSMAN REVIEWS
The best roast I've had in a long time! Had a great beef roast with beans, mangetout, red cabbage, carrots and parsnips (and potatoes and Yorkshire pudding). Gravy was delicious. Friends had sea bass and rigatoni which were excellent. Great ambience with a large garden, and the staff were very friendly!
Fantastic food, had the roast pork and it was delicious, beautifully presented, staff were fantastic, could not do enough for you, will be coming back again and again.
What an excellent place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon, bar staff and servers were friendly. Excellent cocktails and roast dinner. Car park a little small for the size but parking can be found nearby.

THE FOX & HOUNDS REVIEWS
We liked this pub so much that we visited twice on a weekend, for food and drinks. Great pub food choices and a really cool design. The sandwiches we tried were delicious, and they had two different gluten free options. I tried the salt beef with emmental in the gluten free bun and it was very tasty. Highly recommended.
The food was excellent. The chips were so delicious. Great slight crunch on the outside and thick and soft inside. The schnitzel was pleasant. A slight pinch of salt would have been better, but there was salt and pepper on the table.
Fantastic roast dinner, even extra gravy was provided which was great. Service was fantastic and they do welcome dogs, just remember to mention you have a dog and they will seat you accordingly.

THE OAK INN REVIEWS
Beautiful pub in a beautiful area. Stopped off here halfway through a walk on a sunny day and sat in the beer garden with a cider. Staff were very friendly. The inside was really nice and the food options looked great - we’d love to come back!
Came here on a Sunday with my Cocker Spaniel (Casper) at 14:00 Without a reservation, the staff were very accommodating and led me to a great table. Roast dinners were still available so I ordered the Pork Roast. I have to say it was the most exquisite meal I have had in a long while and will remain in my memory for a long time. Perfectly cooked and presented! Up there with some of the finest roast dinners I have ever had!
Took the dogs for a walk, and then to the pub for Sunday lunch. First thing was a pint bitter shandy; didn't touch the sides. Sat in the garden before going inside for a great lunch. Food was really good, staff outstanding, all at a price that meant we had enough money for diesel to get home. Seriously, just a really good pub and food right in the heart of the New Forest.
