Outstanding !! Cracking place ro stay and eat ! Stayed here for 3 nights last week for a local wedding, new owners have just taken over 6 weeks ago, wishing you all the very best Boyd and Anna! So far you have done a fab job in a short space of time! Fantastic food and service !! Thank you for not only making feel so welcome but everyone ! You will definitely be seeing us again! Honestly peeps if wanting to stay in the new forest this place you can't go wrong ! Wishing you continued success guys with your venture and future renovations! See you again !

Micaela was a our server today. She was very friendly, funny and made us feel very welcome. She was very knowledgeable about allergies and I felt comfortable eating there. The food was great! The fish and chips were massive, the plant burger was tasty and the beef burger was lovely too! All very good value too, just a shame we were too full for dessert.

Popped in with family to have a family meal as celebrating the kids finishing there exams. We had a very warm welcome from the bartender Tyla. Abbi and Amy our waitresses are fantastic. Abbi recommended the fish and chips and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly and the chefs are amazing. We will definitely be back in the summer.

Once you can find it you will enjoy it. Great atmosphere and good food but can get incredibly busy be warned. Disappointed that the menus left out in the evening were daytime only and we did have a small problem with a forgotten part of our order, but the excellent staff soon rectified this and it didn't effect our enjoyment. I should name check the attentive young chap that looked after us but forgot his name. Go along you won't regret it.

Really friendly pub with a HUGE outside area. A great welcome and good service for the menu packed with yummy pub grub. Easy to find, abundant parking and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Nice countryside pub. Food is great. Kid friendly and good size food portions. Small play park for kids. Lots of parking. Donkeys and horses walk around freely.

The food was excellent. The chips were so delicious. Great slight crunch on the outside and thick and soft inside. The schnitzel was pleasant. A slight pinch of salt would have been better, but there was salt and pepper on the table. The staff was nice. The seating area was also very nice too.

Ad-hoc Sunday lunch on a busy Sunday. Found a table and were advised there was a wait for food but it's a nice place to relax even if there is a wait. We both had Roasts and both were fantastic and one of the best I've had. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

All I can say is if you haven’t eaten here you’re the ones who have missed out. Food,Staff & Environment are amazing. Thank-you for our Sunday lunch. Alan.
