Thank you to all 8 guys who turned up today to remove my Grandmas 2 million pieces of furniture after being flooded on Wednesday night. Nothing was too much of an ask and they did a fantastic job. It was a massive help and 1 weight lifted off our shoulders!

What can I say? I have never come across a more helpful, professional, friendly service EVER! The trials and tribulations of a stressful house move meant that I was changing move dates 3 days before I moved (and not a local move can I add - a 350 mile round trip type of move), but the calming, supportive and amazing attitude of this company was beyond expectations. They bent over backwards to help and support me - not many companies will do that these days! I chose Arthur Owen as they have moved my parents, grandparents and aunt over the last 20+ years, and I am so glad I took my families advice and booked with them.

Worth every penny when moving house! The guys who helped us move were friendly, funny and worked so hard. It took about an hour and a half to move everything out of the house and 2 hours to put everything in. They put our items in every room we wanted them too and were really helpful and accommodating. Would definitely use them again!

We have been blown away by the service received from UK Atlantis from start to finish. Communication has been excellent, quote was very reasonable, the removal staff were friendly, polite, hard working and very respectful. Our belongings were carried with care and extra protection added in the truck by them using blankets and padding. We had to store our things for a few weeks, this service was extremely reasonable and flexible as we were able to load another two units that were later delivered with the rest of our belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend UK Atlantis to anyone and if I do ever move again I would certainly use this company. Thank you!

We've recently moved house and went with UK Atlantis following a recommendation from friends. The service was exceptional, and not only can we not fault them, but they went above and beyond what we expected. The office staff were friendly and helpful at every stage, clearly explaining what we needed to know about the service and cost. The guys themselves were incredibly efficient. We asked them to pack for us and they did everything in less time than we expected them to take. We had some issues with completing on our move which meant a delay after they had packed everything up, but they kept in contact with us and made a phenomenal effort to get us into our new house quickly once the purchase had completed. They then came and collected all of the boxes and packaging materials after we had unpacked. It was just outstanding customer service all round. They are very good at what they do, and we would recommend them without any hesitation at all.
