I have only experienced working from two care homes and I can say, I have found my Place in Laureate Court. All staff from, domestics, kitchen, carers up to the Managers do their extra mile in their respective job roles in giving the residents the best care they deserve. I enjoy working with people who are genuine in giving care, making residents laugh, singing and playing games with them which makes a residents day more brighter.

As a Registered General nurse of 30 years , I have worked in a variety of South Yorkshire care homes and I can say this is the best one I have chosen to work at - The Home looks forwards , strives to be better , works with the Residents and families to make their lives better - they are the focus.

Outstanding care home, staff are polite and dedicated to the residents. They all work as a team and are very hardworking.

Absolutely excellent care, compassion and love. Spotless. Family members are treated as part of the 'Silverwood family'. I visit a lot of care homes as part of my work - and this is absolutely outstanding on every level.

Staff are excellent. They treat my dad very well. The food and facilities are very good. Could not fault anything. Very happy with the service they supply. 10/10.

Completely happy with the care my mum receives in the Sitwell part of the home. Staff are lovely and genuinely care. Many have years of experience and receive regular training. Mum settled in quickly, after a disastrous encounter in another care home, and is very happy here. Her room is nice and spacious and kept beautiful and clean.

My mum was looked after amazingly by the care staff. They were always smiling and polite and very kind to my mum. The staff made the care home, and I wouldn’t have wanted my mum to be cared for by anyone else. A big thank you to everyone at Broom Lane.

The staff were polite and attentive to my family member. The home was clean and well presented. I felt my family member was well looked after and received the best care possible. I would recommend the care home to family and friends in the future.
