Alexander Roofing replaced the original gutters and downpipes on our Victorian house. Happy to recommend. Alec was always prompt to respond and the work was carried out efficiently by a very approachable and pleasant member of his team. Alec came on site a few times to confer and check progress. Any mess was tidied up, with all residual materials removed from our garden the day after the job was completed. (It would have been removed same day but for the fact that there wasn't a big enough on-street parking space to accommodate Alec's trailer).

Alex explained the problems with the roof, gave us several options, and then his firm carried out the agreed work efficiently and in the agreed time frame. No mess was left. All through the process Alex kept us updated. We are very pleased with the work.

Delighted with service, turned up the day I phoned explained what needed done job done to high standard , friendly and professional tidied up and would highly recommend. Excellent work.

Repaired my roof and replace my guttering and fascias, Phoned to say that some of the tiles are loose and the plastic covers had popped out, His reply was it would of been the wind, I said every one in the street has them and they are ok except my ones that you put on. His reply was i will not let you down. One month on i phoned him again ,he said i will be round tomorrow i will not let you down, Low and behold he never turned up, No after care or customer service, Did a good job but no after service for £6500 - Brian Deans Reply
