Contacted PDM regarding a leaking roof and other roof repairs. Patrick was quick to respond and arrange a visit. After a thorough inspection Patrick advised what was required and we agreed additional works, new facias, gutter brushes etc. which would be advantageous to undertake at the same time. Work was carried out in a timely manner with regular updates on progress and all rubbish removed as work progressed. Patrick was professional and courteous throughout and would highly recommend.
Patrick is a genuine skilled worker. Everything he does is top quality, always gives good advice. He works safely, cleans up afterwards. I cannot recommend highly enough. Any roofing or gutter work is completed to an excellent standard.

Pat has done a brilliant job on our roof, garage and Garden room. Explained what he was doing as he went about the job, any unexpected issues he took photos and showed us how he was going to fix it. TBH he is a mine of information and certainly knows his stuff. His workmanship is excellent - he goes to the Nth degree and the standard of his work is as if its his own house! Replaced guttering and downpipes to the front of the property, fitted chimney cowls and re-cemented one of the chimney pots that had come loose. All done in one day and looks great. Everything was left tidy and he was both courteous and helpful, explaining what was required. Pricing was very reasonable and would certainly recommend. - Richard B Reply
