What a fantastic little family run workshop. Sue and Alan welcomed me and my friend. I planned to just order a pair of derby boots to be made but I came away with two extra clogs to be going on with, a belt, and some other leather knick-knacks. I've to wait a few weeks for my boots to be made but I'm looking forward to returning.

If you're ever in the West Riding, a visit here is mandatory. Had clogs from here for nearly 30 years. Exceptionally reasonably priced given there're all hand crafted and unbelievably comfortable. A rare gem of old school craftsmanship that's increasingly hard to find. Absolutely love them.

I am told that these are the 1st pair of Valentines clogs sold with a lovely heart, my wife absolutely loves them and says that they are very comfortable with soft leather.

I now live in Gloucestershire but visit Hebden Bridge periodically to visit family still living here and like to shop in the numerous great independent shops in the town. During our last visit my husband and myself bought some great shoes and clothes in Rubyshoesday. The staff are very friendly and the shop sells a nice range of shoes and clothes from lesser know brands. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Absolutely delighted with my new shoes. They arrived incredibly quickly and I loved the handwritten thank you note. I think I have just found my new favourite shoe shop.

I’ve bought a couple of pairs of shoes from Ruby Shoesday, the shoe selection is great and the service is brilliant. My favourite new find! Would recommend.

Had an excellent experience at Feet Street Kids shop. The staff member was incredibly helpful, measuring my one-year-old's feet for the right size. The shoes not only provide comfort and a firm base but also maintain flexibility. Plus, the inside is lined with a soft material, making them perfect for my little one. My little one loves his new shoes! Highly recommend for parents seeking quality and comfort in children's shoes.

Another wonderful experience of this beautiful shop today - got some school shoes for my 3yo twins before starting preschool next week, and it was relaxed and personalised and the lovely people helping us were engaging directly with my children about which styles they wanted to try, how they felt etc. But the best review came on the way home: I like that shoe shop. They have lovely grown ups.

Lovely shop, amazing service. Went over and above to help me with purchase of my baby daughter’s first shoes. Thank you so much. Can’t recommend this shop enough for personal touch you don’t get in big chain shops. They also have very high quality products that last.
