My major birthday is coming up soon. My sister suggested about new walking shoes, as I have lost so much weight doing this exercise over the years. And she suggested Clarks in Chorley. I thought about Amazon. But my sister suggested Chorley store as ease of trying on. This store had several walking footwear on show. I selected three shoes of their range to examine. And asked for these in my size. The few ones I had selected, had in common of good grip soles with deep tread, lightweight, comfortable, and didn't rub my feet, and free around my ankle to avoid rubbing there. The staff are both pleasant and knowledgeable about their stock. One set of boots is 50% off. I tried the three boots, each in turn, and went with the best set for me. The staff are lovely and polite. The range they have is competitive to Middlebrook store of Clarks. If you only try these shoes inside your home, you could return these within two weeks of buying them if your not pleased with your purchase.

I came into the Chorley store with both of my autistic sons on Thursday to get their feet measured and purchase new shoes. I just want to say how fantastic and patient the lady was who measured my boys feet. Especially Lucas my eldest, he was very nervous. A big thankyou!

Made an appointment for my grandchildren school shoes, no waiting, hand sanitizer on arrival, face masks worn by staff and us. Very organised lovely staff. Easy and pleasant experience.

Great shop after the refurb. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Ordered a pair of ladies sandals for me with free delivery then swapped them around with another pair no problem when they didn't fit properly. Great customer service.

Good place to buy kids shoes for a quick fix. The store is clean and specious. It was easy for me to find everything i was looking for that day.

Love their customer service, friendly staff and hassle free ordering of shoes if they don't have a specific size in stock.

I love this little shoe shop! The ladies that work in here are so helpful. I had a pair of sandals that finally gave in when I was on holiday last year (got them from this shop a good few years ago) I really wanted another pair because they were so pretty and comfortable so I messaged on Facebook and went in and they managed to order me a pair in the same colour and at a brilliant price! I am so made up and looking forward to wearing them for my upcoming holiday. Thank you ladies you are amazing!
