TOP 3 SLEEPY HOLLOW BED CENTRE LTD REVIEWS

Brilliant service from everyone at Sleepy Hollow. My partner and I went into the showroom between Christmas and New Year, having been less than inspired by national chains such as Dreams and Bensons For Beds. The salesman (sorry, didn't get his name) was attentive and really listened to what we wanted, and directed us to the right beds accordingly. There was no pushiness and we didn't feel pressured into making a decision then and there, but the prices were so good, we did! We were given a rough timescale to set expectations and received a phone call a few days in advance to arrange delivery. The two chaps who delivered were courteous and quick, and took the old bedframe and mattress away too. Really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Can't praise the staff highly enough. Sales spent time supporting us with our search for an ottoman bed and although this was the first store we visited going on to visit four more, we returned the following day to purchase both the bed and a new mattress. Delivery was tailored to our schedule and the guys erected it in about 10 minutes! The mattress came later and although a couple of hitches, the company could not have been more helpful and understanding. I would give more stars if I could.

Extremely helpful, lovely staff. Both Steve’s were friendly and helped us today to buy a new mattress. Steve asked us what we were looking for and showed us around the showroom to the exact mattress’ we were after. Couldn’t have asked for friendlier staff. Would definitely recommend, can’t wait to receive our mattress Thank you again.

Recently purchased a new bed and mattress from Eccleston Bed Centre and was really pleased with the experience start to finish. The salesman Ian who helped us to choose the perfect mattress and ottoman bed frame was really friendly and able to recommend based on what we wanted. Will recommend this shop to our friends.

I Went originally to the big boys in the bed world then was told about Eccleston Bed Centre, wonderful customer service from Ian, who was honest and very helpful. They delivered for free and took away my old mattress and all the wrapping from the new bed. Highly recommended.

Excellent and logical advice regarding beds and mattresses, couldn't turn down the price quoted, and great service for next week delivery. Thank you, Ian.

TOP 3 UNITED CARPETS AND BEDS REVIEWS

Needed carpet for bedrooms landing stairs and hall, luckily enough spoke with the team at United carpets and after explaining the carpet I was wanting wasn't suitable they then went on to give me numerous options and even made it cheaper than my original budget. Service from start to finish top class will only use this store for my other rooms.

Really pleased to have gone here for our new bedroom carpet. Were free to browse the store and have all our questions answered by friendly staff. Very good pricing and service. Was booked in, delivered and fitted within a short time frame too which was also pleasing. Will be our first stop when doing the next room in the house.

I'm really pleased with the new carpet in my bedroom, thanks Steve for helping me to choose the right one. I'm excited to get the rest of the house done.
