Lovely staff, nothing too much of a problem. The young lady that served myself and my foster son with SEND was excellent with him and I did not feel rushed. I also had to pop back as I thought I'd lost something and the lady that looked around for it even went onto her hands and knees to see if it had rolled under the shoe rack!

Purchased childrens sandals but changed mind after purchasing as they were not comfortable. The manager of the shop, Nicky? was so professionaland obliging! I was given a full refund and reassured and advised about future purchases and what to look for in suitable styles. Thank you!

Excellent, friendly service. Went to get my 4yr olds feet measured, the assistant (Debra) was fantastic. We managed to get a great pair of trainers. We then decided to get my 20month old measured too & ended up purchasing trainers for her too. Will return for school shoes thanks to the great service.

Excellent staff, once again. Had a bit of an issue with pricing of trainers for my son, the staff even though it was boxing Day and extremely busy, could not do enough. Very happy customer once again.

Good selection of clothes and shoes/ trainers, plenty for everyone to choose from. Good parking and disabled access.
