Recently purchased these new Leki poles from Nordic Walk Store for my attempt at the Lakeland 100 (105mile trail race) in July 2025. I must say, the knowledge and advice from Karen and Paula is superb and their customer service is excellent. Really nice piece of kit, expert guidance, many thanks for the recommendation. I needed new cork grips for the handles on my Nordic walking poles so I contacted the Nordic walk.store to see if they could help. Paula emailed me back with pricing and was very patient with me while I asked questions about how it would work etc. I posted my poles off and Paula said she would let me know one they had arrived. This took several days longer than I expected but Paula was true to her word and emailed as soon as they arrived, putting my mind at rest. My poles were promptly fixed and sent back the next day with a tracking number. I was able to see where my parcel was in real time which meant I was home to receive them. They arrived with the handles looking as good as new, I would definitely use the Nordic walk. Store again and will recommend them to my Nordic walking friends. All in all an excellent experience hence the five stars.

The customer service from Paula and Karen at Nordic Walk Store is second to none. Excellent communication at all times. Great attention to detail. Orders processed and delivered extremely quickly. Helpful advice and all with a smile. I have been a customer since May 2023 and have been impressed every step of the way.
