Great service at this storage company. Been with them over a year and have moved lockups twice. Never have I received a negative comment from any of their staff in their Basildon store. Top class and friendly service every time. 10/10 in my experience. Definitely the best price around with secure, safe premises.

Jo was very helpful explaining the options to me and on signing up Grant gave the same high standard of customer care looking at options to ensure I was satisfied and had good value for money.

Great experience, really useful following up once you enquire online and no problems at all getting help from James when needed a larger size.

A fantastic 5 years using Storage King and my items were kept safe and secure throughout the entirety of my time using the service. Special shout out to Mick and colleagues who were always quick to reply via telephone or emails if I needed assistance. Would use again if the need arises and recommend to others.

Lovely building, always clean and tidy thanks to the staff. The staff members are always ready to help and offer a hand if its ever needed, always smiling and very pleasant. The facilities are always clean, and with the fork lift, pallet trucks and flatbed trolleys it's always easy to move your things around.

Great service. Easy to set up. The two young guys ( Bradly and Theo ) working at the Basildon store were really helpful in showing me around. Explaining how it all works, Excellent customer service from both of them.

Been here a good few months now and staff are always friendly and happy to help. Sarah the manager has been great for answering questions, and general helping, always chatty and happy when you walk in. Thanks so much.
