Store manager Shan has been an absolute star. Very professional, polite and has extensive knowledge in the storage industry. Very happy with my unit. Shan made sure he understood my needs as a new customer, taking his time to understand and find numerous solutions. Excellent job Shan.

The branch manager SHAN was super friendly and very helpful. He took his time to show me how things work and I’m pleased with my unit. Shan was a gentleman.

Shan was so much help today. Showed me several units which was clean and worked for me. Shan is an asset to shurgard and I recommend his store.

I have been a unit holder with Vanguard for many years and I can say it’s been a very positive experience. The team at Vanguard West on Alperton Lane are very professional and helpful. They’ve always been very supportive and responsive when needed. They’ve offered their help constantly when and if moving items between units or out/in. My main point of contact has been Kelly who has a great character and is quite professional with her job. I have also gotten quite a lot help from Jerry over the years who works around the yard. I have handed in notice as we no longer need storage but I’m certain if ever needing anything extra, I’ll be back.

I am very happy with Vanguard services especially with all staff member called Jerry, Kelly, Kevin, chris, Tomas always very helpful & cheerful fixed my door immediately when I asked him for help. Thanks again Jerry.

Had a smooth and simple set up thanks to Lloyd, Mosh and Jade. Very attentive and provided us with excellent customer service. They were very patient and answered any questions we had, and explained everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend.

Everybody I have dealt with here are very helpful and just really friendly. Helps a lot considering moving is a super stressful thing. Great customer service so full marks.
